When working in teams it is important that there is a common understanding of how the team will function at it's optimum. Setting up protocols and working through behaviours that will assist and just as importantly impede your team from making the most of its time together is a crucial step. The Professional Team Agreement is a document we have used with our teams to ensure everyone is clear on what's expected of the team and the individual within that team.


To ensure meetings kept on track we developed a proforma to help us.


To keep meetings focused on data we developed a proforma for planning meetings. Each teacher is expected to present some form of data. This is discussed among the planning team and then action is decided upon. In about a month the teacher reports back to discuss how the interventions went.


Often when introducing PLT's
